The Tasmanian Department of Health is seeking a dedicated Alcohol and Other Drug Clinical Lead to join Alcohol and Drug Services - North (ADS) in Launceston. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based ATOD treatment in line with best practice and policy.

Lead duties include clinical leadership, oversight of intake, crisis response, interim support and case management, and supporting the Team Leader with supervision and performance management.

Qualifications

• Registered health professional with relevant AOD credentials.
• Experience in leadership within a multidisciplinary service.
• Knowledge of evidence-based ATOD practices and harm minimisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical processes for intake, crisis response, interim support and case management.
• Support Team Leader with staff supervision and performance management.
• Contribute to quality and safety improvements at service level.
