Sana Health Group seeks an Intake Consultant to guide individuals and families through a compassionate, clinically informed decision journey across mental health, addiction and trauma. You will manage a live pipeline, respond to inquiries promptly, and convert qualified leads into appropriate programs with empathy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in intake or premium service sales.
• Strong consultative selling and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline with clear metrics.
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations involving trauma or acute stress.
• Experience with CRM systems and accurate record keeping.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake conversations exploring concerns, risks and goals.
• Identify suitability and escalation points in line with clinical governance.
• Coordinate pre-admission information with the clinical team.
• Manage enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Support collection of clinical documentation and referrals to complete intake.
• Ensure privacy and governance requirements are followed.
