Job summary

Heidi is redefining healthcare by enabling clinicians to focus on patients while the AI Care Partner handles administrative tasks. The Clinical Associate role intersects GTM strategy and clinical operations, with a nine‑month ramp and cross‑team exposure across Product, Lifecycle, and Customer Success.

You will contribute to clinical product development, support enterprise onboarding, and help shape agentic workflows across hospitals and health networks while training new associates.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a medical practitioner, dentist, or allied health professional with Ahpra.
• Clinical experience with real-world workflows.
• Familiarity with Heidi’s platform or strong enthusiasm to learn it deeply.

Responsibilities

• Offer peer-to-peer onboarding support to new clinician users.
• Collect and synthesize new-user insights for Product, Lifecycle, GTM, and Product Marketing teams.
• Provide clinical expertise across the GTM function, supporting customer conversations and strengthening medical input.
• Support onboarding and scaling of enterprise accounts with Customer Success.
• Contribute to clinical product development and validation.
• Provide support for individual users optimising Heidi II and giving clinical product feedback.
• Support Enterprise customers in building and optimising agentic workflows and training.
• Embed within Customer Success teams during hospital rollouts and change management.
• Inform Customer Success and Product strategy among key specialty verticals.
• Train new clinical associates in phases 1 & 2 as described.
• Participate in internal strategy discussions with contractor principles.
