As a Product Growth PM, you’ll own the mechanics that turn users into Heidi advocates, guiding growth from distribution through activation to monetisation across our global platform. You’ll partner with Product, Design and Engineering to ship quickly, measure rigorously, and translate analytics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Define the approach and strategy for your pod (Distribution, Engagement, Monetisation, or First Time Experience).
• Develop a clear understanding of Heidi’s future state and identify obstacles between today and vision.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously.
• Analyze user behavior to uncover friction points and opportunities across the journey.
• Run experiments to improve signup conversion, retention, feature adoption, and self-serve revenue.
• Evangelise work by sharing customer stories, building dashboards, and showing impact.
