Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is hiring a Clinical Associate in Australia to join at the intersection of GTM strategy and clinical operations. You will help shape clinician experience while supporting Heidi's platform evolution during a nine-month ramp and across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes peer-to-peer onboarding, clinical insights, and collaboration with Product and Customer Success. Flexible, part-time hours fit around ongoing clinical practice, with a focus on real-world impact and safety.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a medical practitioner, dentist, or allied health professional with Ahpra (required). Medical registration preferred.
• Clinical experience with the ability to credibly support peers and speak to real-world clinical workflows.
• Familiarity with Heidi’s platform or strong enthusiasm to learn it deeply (highly preferred).
• Comfort navigating customer engagement, messaging refinement and clinical support functions (clinical insight generation & reporting, safety considerations, clinician-centric design).
• Excellent communication skills, especially in clinician-to-clinician support contexts.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible hours that fit around existing clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Offer peer-to-peer onboarding support to new clinician users, providing practical guidance on using Heidi in real workflows.
• Collect and synthesize new-user insights, transforming qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Lifecycle, GTM, and Product Marketing teams.
• Provide clinical expertise across the GTM function, supporting customer conversations and strengthening commercial materials with medical input.
• Support onboarding and scaling of enterprise accounts with the Customer Success Team.
• Contribute to clinical product development and validation, ensuring clinical accuracy, safety, and usability.
• Embed within Customer Success teams during roll outs in hospitals and health networks, assisting with training and change management.
