Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Field Sales Training Manager for Trauma to lead the DS Trauma education strategy from North Ryde, Australia. You will design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum focusing on clinical, product, and selling skills to support growth in new platforms and procedural areas.

• Industry, product and procedural knowledge in orthopaedics (trauma) essential.
• Bachelor's degree and Cert IV in training and assessment.
• Preferred studies: Science, Business, Education.
• Preferred industry experience: Medical devices sales, education, marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales learning framework & pathways for the DS Business, including the onboarding and establishment of new starters and NPIs
• Coordinate & deliver global standard product and procedure training (Foundations Training) to new Sales & Clinical field teams, Advanced & Mastery Programs to tenured teams all in line with the Blended Learning framework & global standards.
• Roll out of competency models and deployment of global frameworks (SUMMIT and Learning Portal)
• Represent ANZ on APAC and Global Commercial Education workstreams
• Develop metrics for success and collaborate with RSM’s to track and monitor field teams competencies

THE OPPORTUNITY

This rolewillbe responsible fortheDSclinical standards and strategy,creatingand leadinga Learning and Development framework for theDePuy SynthesTraumabusiness.The individual will work closely withDePuy Synthes (Trauma)Regional Sales Managersand Marketingtoensurethe education on-boarding,foundations training,learning pathwaysand ongoing education needs of thesales & clinical teamsare establishedwith a focus on clinical, product and selling skills.

TheCFSTManager willretainclose links with regional and global DSTraumaEducation leads,participatinginglobal strategic teams to input into the commercial education global capability build.

TheCFSTManagerisresponsible fordesigningand deliveringthe strategic DStraumacurriculumto support growth in newplatformsand areas ofproceduralinterest.Wherepossible, theCFSTmanager willpartner with the Global Education Solutions teamstoensure that Global Foundations,Advanced & Masteryprograms & curriculum aredeliveredinaccordancewithGlobal standards.

TheCFSTManagerwillalsobe responsible forselecting theappropriate deliverymechanism of internal training programs and then deliveringbest-in-class product & procedure training inAUand lead the technical training for employees within theDSsales & clinical teams. Their expertisewill allow them to design, deliver and evaluatevirtual & instructor-led courses, evaluate &utilizedistancelearning tools and provide metrics to measure and improve participant experiences, trainingoutcomesand overall training effectiveness.

There is also the ongoing broader Sales Function talent development as part ofsales & clinicalfunctional excellence/performanceimprovement initiativesto ensure Commercial Education’s talent pipeline.
