The role collaborates with regional sales managers and marketing to design onboarding, foundations training, and ongoing education, delivering via in-person and digital formats and measuring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Industry, product and procedural knowledge in orthopaedics (trauma) essential.
• Bachelor’s degree; cert IV in training and assessment preferred.
• Experience in medical devices sales, education or marketing advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales learning framework & pathways for the DS Business, onboarding and establishment of new starters.
• Coordinate & deliver global standard product and procedure training (Foundations Training) to new Sales & Clinical teams; Advanced & Mastery programs.
• Roll out of competency models and deployment of global frameworks (SUMMIT and Learning Portal).
• Represent ANZ on APAC and Global Commercial Education workstreams.
• Develop metrics for success and collaborate with RSMs to track field competencies.
