About us:

SACU is a 48-bed unit in a setting for adults and older persons which promotes rehab and recovery towards discharge to home or to other post discharge destinations. SACU has a dedicated nurse led 8 bed cognitive support unit, providing specialised dementia care for those patients requiring behavioural support. The Clinical Facilitator will work collaboratively with the Nursing Unit Manager, Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide clinical education, support and supervision of nursing staff employed within the Older Persons Rehabilitation and Assessment Service.
