• Support and guide CQ Health graduate Registered Nurses during their transition into the profession.
• Create a strong learning culture through face-to-face teaching, clinical support and collaboration with graduate nurses, units and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead evidence-based clinical education, planning, delivering and evaluating learning that strengthens nursing practice and contributes to patient outcomes.
• Drive clinical practice improvement through quality activities, research, change management and policy contribution.
• Provide early clinical leadership by modelling professional practice and building partnerships across education, research and clinical practice.
