Job summary

1300SMILES Gladstone is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join the busy Gladstone practice on a full-time basis. This hands-on role combines clinical knowledge with organisation, leadership and day-to-day coordination, working with the Practice Manager and Lead Dentist to keep clinical operations compliant and running smoothly.

You will oversee clinical standards, manage stock and lab work, maintain records, and support the clinical team including dental assisting when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is essential.
• Experience in a senior Dental Assisting, Clinical Coordinator or similar role is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of infection control and clinical standards.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing stock, records and clinical processes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence supporting and guiding others.
• A practical approach to problem solving and improving the way things are done.
