Job summary

National Clinical Services is seeking a team-oriented individual to join our Tamworth clinic, providing empathetic client support, diagnostic assistance, and treatment services for sleep apnea and related health concerns.

You will engage with clients, advise on products and services to meet sales targets, and collaborate with a small team across our network. Some out-of-hours support and clinic travel may be required.

Job description

National Clinical Services is a private clinic providing Respiratory, Sleep Disorder andCardiology services. We work closely with Physicians, Practitioners and Allied Health professionals in bringing better health services to patients from four clinic locations across regional New South Wales.

We are looking for a well-rounded candidate to join our team in providing excellent customer experience, diagnostic support and treatment services to clients suffering Sleep Apnoea and other related health concerns.

Our preferred team member will have a combination of experience in providing empathetic face-to-face support to clients with health concerns, coupled with strong communication skills and some experience in a retail selling environment .

This role can start immediately and is responsible for services provided from our Tamworth clinic. The role may involve periodic travel to our head office in Armidale and possibly other clinics in our network.

Successful candidates should have the following:

Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage and build rapport with clients and external specialists.

Experience working and collaborating across a small team and ability to positively influence decision making within the business.

Experience in providing advice to clients about products and services in order to achieve sales targets.

Ability to work flexibly to support our clients, including periodically providing out-of-hours support.

Strong computer skills, experience working with Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of basic business process systems.

Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, and able to manage multiple projects to time hurdles.

While training will be provided, some experience in an allied health or public health environment would be highly regarded.

Position is currently 3 days, 23 hrs/week.
