Step into a 6-month fixed‑term contract (with the possibility of extension) where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that the ADF Health Services contract maintains high standards of clinical credentialing and compliance. As part of the Talent & Compliance team, you’ll work closely with Talent Partners to support recruitment efforts across multiple contracts and clinical disciplines. As a Clinical Compliance Business Partner in the ASPAC team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Undertaking clinical credentialing and primary source verification using MyCred.
• Ensuring all credentials meet required standards and following up on outstanding items.
• Performing clinical interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Collaborating with Talent Partners to support early candidate screening.
• Reviewing reference checks and assessing suitability for clinical roles.
• Preparing and managing compliance waivers from submission through to approval.
