Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Medical Records Administration or Health Information Management or related health qualification.
• Experience with ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS standards and complex coding scenarios.
• Experience conducting coding audits, quality improvement, and education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to clinical coding audits to strengthen quality and data integrity.
• Develop and deliver education, training, and feedback to support coder capability.
• Collaborate with clinicians and coders to improve documentation and coding outcomes.
