Healthe Care Group is expanding its Victorian clinical coding team and seeking experienced Clinical Coders for full-time, part-time or casual roles. Hybrid working is available with onsite bases at Glen Waverley or other VIC locations.

The roles focus on coding quality, audit, education and improvement within the growing Victorian team. You will join a friendly, supportive environment with opportunities across hospitals, services and a digital medical record rollout driven by national coding

Formación

• Bachelor or Master of Health Information Management, or related health information degree.
• Australian coding experience and knowledge of Australian Coding Standards.
• Interest in coding, audit, education or quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to high-quality clinical coding across hospital services.
• Collaborate with coding auditors and educators to maintain standards.

About you

• You will have either a Bachelor or Master of Health Information Management, a Certificate IV in Clinical Classification or a Diploma of Clinical Coding.
• For our Clinical Coder roles, we’re looking for qualified coders with relevant Australian coding experience and a good working knowledge of current Australian Coding Standards and classifications.
• Most importantly, we’re looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team and want to contribute to a supportive coding environment.
• If you have relevant coding, audit or education experience across a complex case mix, we’d welcome a conversation about your experience and interests.
