Healthe Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Coding Auditor to join our Victorian team with hybrid arrangements and onsite bases at Glen Waverley or other Victorian hospital locations.

You will audit complex casemix, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide clear feedback and education to the coding team. Applicants should have a health information management qualification and a collaborative approach to quality improvement across hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Health Information Management, or equivalent certificate.
• Experienced coder with coding audit experience across a complex casemix.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to a supportive coding environment and education.

Responsabilités

• Audit coding across complex casemix and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and education to the coding team.
• Support cross-hospital coding audits and education initiatives across Victoria.
