Uniting ACT is seeking a compassionate Clinician Level 1 for the TIDES ACT program in Turner, ACT. You’ll handle intake, assessment, service navigation, and clinical case coordination for young people and families affected by trauma.
The role is full-time, hybrid, with hourly rates $45.53–$48.43 plus salary packaging benefits up to $18,550. You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team and contribute to trauma-informed care.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative service designed to address a significant gap in youth mental health support. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide intake, assessment, service navigation, group facilitation, and clinical case coordination.
TIDES is a trauma-informed youth mental health service providing interdisciplinary support to young people and their families affected by complex trauma.
The service focuses on building safety, wellbeing and recovery through trauma-informed care, evidence-based trauma interventions and integrated practice. Young people are supported with choice and autonomy, while receiving tailored and developmentally appropriate care.
As a member of the TIDES team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of a pioneering service that is helping to shape how trauma support is delivered to young people in the ACT.
