Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Clinical Care Manager for Nash Court Aged Care Community in Sinnamon Park, Brisbane. You will provide senior clinical leadership, drive high-quality, person-centred care, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes.

This fixed-term role (until 19 November 2027) reports to the Residential Manager and focuses on clinical governance, quality improvement and staff development in a supportive, values-driven not-for-profit

Qualifications

• Extensive senior clinical leadership experience in aged care or related healthcare.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams and improving resident outcomes.
• Experience in managing clinical risk, quality indicators, audits and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is current.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and aged care clearances as required.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology or Aged Care.

• Lead and support the clinical team to deliver person-centred care.
• Set margins, growth and financial objectives for RAC home based on budget.
• Create a learning culture and empower staff through development.
• Foster a positive culture and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement for care and services.
• Ensure safety and well-being for residents, staff and visitors.
