You will provide clinical leadership, oversee resident care, facilitate admissions, and work with allied health staff to maintain residents' quality of life and rights.

Formación

• Proven leadership in aged care or clinical settings.
• Experience with clinical governance and care standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of Aged Care Act and funding processes.
• Knowledge of OSH requirements in healthcare.
• Satisfactory pass of relevant personnel checks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical and care services and provide leadership.
