Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd presents an opportunity at NW Canberra, ACT for a Care Manager – Residential Aged Care. This role focuses on clinical leadership, quality outcomes and governance at a 120-bed site within a large provider.

You will oversee day-to-day care delivery, drive compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, mentor multidisciplinary teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Relocation support and structured on-site clinical support are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role in residential aged care.
• Strong leadership capability and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and funding models.
• Competent across clinical systems and documentation.
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
• Current police check.

Responsibilities

Care Manager – Residential Aged Care

This roles carries responsibility for clinical oversight day-to-day, with a focus on driving quality outcomes, maintaining compliance and leading multidisciplinary teams. Each site is supported by additional leadership and quality resources, allowing focus on team leadership, governance and continuous improvement.
