Healthcare Australia is recruiting multiple Clinical Care Manager roles across Regional Victoria. If you have leadership experience as a CCC, NUM, CCM or AHS and seek to advance care delivery and compliance, this could be your next move.

Locations include Bendigo, Ballarat, Mildura, Albury, and Wimmera Region. You will mentor local staff, drive continuous improvement, and help shape care standards that reflect community needs. AHPRA registration is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing clinical care in an aged care setting (CCC, NUM, CCM or AHS)
• AHPRA Registration is required
• Demonstrated leadership with hands-on team development
• Proven ability to drive quality outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations in regional aged care settings across VIC
