Qualifications

This RN holds current AHPRA registration with 3–5 years of aged care/complex clinical experience.
Proven clinical leadership, mentoring and developing high‑performing care teams.
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, governance and quality systems.
Experience managing complex care needs and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of nurses and care staff.
Drive clinical excellence and best-practice care delivery.
Support the management of complex clinical needs.
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture and continuous quality improvement.
Partner with residents, families and healthcare professionals to achieve outcomes.
