BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager for our Niola Centre in Parkes. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and care staff to ensure safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care daily.

This full‑time role offers relocation assistance and opportunities for growth within the service. You will oversee clinical practices, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement, combining clinical expertise with strong people leadership to benefit residents and families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Three to five years’ experience in aged care or complex clinical environments.
• Proven experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance and best practice.
• Infection Prevention & Control qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care operations at Niola Centre in Parkes.
• Oversee clinical practices and mentor staff.
• Support complex care needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership for nursing and care teams with a person‑centred approach.
• Coordinate Monday–Friday full‑time shifts.
