Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our new South Bunbury residence on a permanent part‑time weekend basis (Saturdays and Sundays). You will lead a team of RN, EN and PCA staff, shaping clinical care systems and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Working closely with the Residential Manager, you’ll mentor staff, monitor clinical outcomes, ensure compliance, and support commissioning activities as we open a brand‑new 180‑bed home in November

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar leadership role within aged care or acute care.
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and guidance to RN’s, EN’s and PCA’s.
• Partner with the Residential Manager to embed high‑quality clinical systems.
• Drive commissioning activities and support new home operations.
