Infinite Aged Care Pty Ltd in Ashmore, on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to lead our clinical team. This part-time role (Mon-Wed, 6:30am–2:30pm) focuses on quality outcomes, mentorship, and delivering compassionate, resident‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar aged care leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC and clinical documentation.
• Passion for mentoring, coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
