Job summary

Respect Group’s McLean Gardens in Inverell, NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead clinical care coordination. This full-time role partners with the Care Manager to ensure high-quality resident care, strengthen clinical governance, and promote continuous improvement.

You will coordinate care plans, support admissions, monitor risks, and mentor care staff while maintaining documentation and compliance across clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA RN registration.
• Experience in residential aged care.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork.
• Experience in clinical coordination or aged care accreditation or quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating person-centred care plans and clinical assessments.
• Supporting resident admissions, care reviews and changing clinical needs.
• Monitoring clinical risks, including falls, wounds and resident deterioration.
• Working closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and timely follow-up of care needs.
• Supporting medication management, infection control and clinical audits.
• Providing clinical guidance, supervision and support to nursing and care staff.
• Supporting staff development, incident management and continuous improvement.
