Respect is seeking a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator for McLean Gardens in Inverell, NSW. You will lead and coordinate resident care, support care teams and uphold clinical standards in partnership with the Care Manager.

The role focuses on person-centred care, clinical assessments, care planning and documentation, with emphasis on falls prevention, infection control and ongoing quality improvement. You will mentor staff and drive continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Residential aged care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft applications and clinical information systems.
• Experience in clinical coordination, aged care accreditation or quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

This is a hands-on clinical leadership role responsible for coordinating resident care, supporting care teams and maintaining clinical standards, working in collaboration with the Care Manager.
