Job summary

Collarcare on the Mid North Coast, NSW is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator – Aged Care. You will lead the clinical team, mentor nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a respected aged care home.

Current AHPRA RN, prior Senior RN or Clinical Lead in aged care, strong leadership and governance skills are essential to drive accreditation and resident-focused outcomes within a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Lead within aged care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Mentor nursing staff and support compliance with accreditation standards.
• Promote best practice across the home and uphold clinical governance.
• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to drive continuous improvement.
