Job summary

Victoria Police is seeking a Clinical Administration Manager to lead a small team of clinical administrative support staff and oversee day-to-day CHS operations. The role includes training on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, data entry oversight, and responding to stakeholder enquiries.

The position is VPSG-3, full-time, fixed term for 12 months, located at the Victoria Police Centre with some hours at the Melbourne Custody Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital, community or correctional healthcare environments.
• Leadership roles with people management responsibilities.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and health data handling.

Responsibilities

• Day to Day management, allocation of duties and rostering for Clinical administration support staff
• Overall management of all CHS Health record data
• Education, training and support to all staff regarding data entry in the health record
• Attend meetings with internal and external key stakeholders as advised by the CHS management team
• Maintaining and supplying health records for legal hearings as requested by the CHS management team
