Job summary

Psyc Spot Psychology Clinic in Mascot, NSW, is seeking a part-time receptionist (9am–5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will handle bookings, greet clients, manage the waiting list and keep the reception area neat in a healthcare setting.

You should be responsible, patient, with strong communication, capable of multitasking and maintaining composure when clients are in distress.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting clients in a healthcare setting is a bonus.

• Australian residency or visa to work in Australia.

The role involves standard receptionist tasks in a healthcare setting where you will be the face of the business, supporting clients who may be in acute states of distress or experiencing mental health challenges.
