Job summary

Laser Clinics Wendouree, part of Laser Clinics Australia, is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, inspire high performance and develop your team while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You’ll drive revenue, manage rosters, enforce high clinical standards, and contribute to HR and operational processes. A beauty qualification and leadership experience in aesthetics are essential; WA/QLD licences may apply.

• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings.
• Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised and supportive.
• Strong client-service focus with high standards.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success.
• The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
• For WA/QLD only: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence or currently working towards obtaining one.
