Job summary

Laser Clinics Broadway is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team in Australia. You’ll perform laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin treatments and ensure clients feel confident in their skin while growing your own skills.

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty (minimum Cert IV).
• WA/QLD Laser Hair Removal Licence or working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments desirable; training provided.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive; you celebrate team wins.
• Strong customer service and sales KPI track record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empowering transformations: laser hair removal, facials, skin needling, peels, Hydrojelly masks, RF treatments.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with passionate professionals to grow skills and confidence.
• Uphold values of Passion, Care and Determination in the workplace.

WhatYou’llBring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair RemovalLicence, orcurrently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive,you willcelebrateteam wins to foster a positive,motivatingworkplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy,expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track recordof delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targetsand KPIs.
