Job summary

Laser Clinics Australia, Blacktown, is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You'll build a high-performing team, oversee rosters, HR processes, financials, and lead advanced aesthetic treatments with safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Formal beauty qualification required (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science).
• Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive and celebrating others’ success.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact: elevate team performance to exceed KPIs, manage rosters, ensure compliance and maintain high clinical standards.
• Deliver results-driven aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, facial therapies, skin needling and RF.

What You'll Bring to the Team
