Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to lead our growing Tasmanian clinic, guiding ABA service delivery and program development for children with autism.

You’ll partner with families, supervise staff, develop curricula, and ensure compliance. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with 3+ years of BCBA experience and a passion for inclusive, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA.
• Experience with children aged 1-4 is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives within the clinic.
• Manage day-to-day operations including staff and client scheduling.
• Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA practices.
• Develop program curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness.
• Deliver direct services to clients and support families as needed.
