Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to support ABA treatment programs across multiple settings, including center, home, school, or telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor and help address skill acquisition and behavior reduction with CARD patients and families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and complete CARD training; ASD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program, including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in a group setting.
• Meet CARD clinical quality standards in treatment.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Incorporate supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Represent CARD professionally and ethically.
• Adhere to CARD policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
