Be the face of an exceptional client experience.
House of Harlow Beauty Therapy is looking for someone special to join our team of 7 as our Client Experience & Clinic Coordinator.
This is more than a front-desk role. You’ll be at the heart of the clinic – welcoming clients, keeping the day flowing, supporting our therapists and helping create an exceptional experience from the moment clients walk through the door.
If you’re polished, personable, highly organised and naturally proactive, and genuinely enjoy making people feel cared for, this could be your next role.
Enjoy working in the beautiful Willunga community, with free on-site parking.
You’ll help ensure every client feels welcomed, valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:
We’re not looking for someone who simply sits behind a reception desk. We want someone who takes ownership, notices what needs to be done, follows through and genuinely enjoys people.
You’ll be confident, warm and professional, with the ability to balance exceptional client service, administration, diary management and team support.
You don’t need to be a hard salesperson. We’re looking for someone who can have genuine conversations with clients and confidently guide them towards appropriate treatments, products and ongoing care.
Experience in administration, reception, front of house, coordination or management is highly regarded, particularly within:
You’ll also need to be comfortable with technology, booking systems, social media and the everyday problem-solving that comes with a busy clinic.
Most importantly, we’re hiring for attitude, initiative and character. We want someone who is ready to learn, contribute, take responsibility and grow with us.
House of Harlow is growing, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of what we’re building – not simply someone looking for a job.
If you bring commitment, care, initiative and loyalty, we’ll back you 100%.
You’ll have the opportunity to become an important part of House of Harlow – someone our clients know and trust, our team can rely on and our business can grow with.
If you’re polished, organised, people-focused and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to meet you.
Please no overseas applicants. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
