Job summary

House of Harlow Beauty Therapy in Willunga SA is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to be the face of the client journey, coordinating front-of-house operations and supporting therapists to deliver an elevated experience from first contact.

You’ll manage bookings, enquiries, diary gaps and payments, while keeping the clinic organised, stocked and beautifully presented. Immediate start with a pathway to permanent full-time after probation, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, reception, front of house, coordination or management is highly regarded.
• Comfort with technology, booking systems and social media.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and creating a warm, elevated experience.
• Managing calls, enquiries, appointments, payments and rebooking.
• Following up new enquiries and returning clients.
• Managing cancellations, waitlists and diary gaps.
• Helping keep therapist books productive.
• Supporting treatment plans, memberships, retail and client journeys.
• Guiding clients on treatments and products suited to their needs.
• Keeping the clinic organised, stocked and beautifully presented.
• Supporting therapists with client and diary updates.
• Maintaining accurate records, systems and processes.
• Updating SOPs and helping improve the way we work.
• Supporting social media, DMs, content, testimonials and promotions.
