RAC is seeking a Climate Change Adviser to strengthen resilience to climate change, identify opportunities, and ensure climate reporting and governance alignment. The role sits within Group Sustainability and reports to the Senior Manager Group Sustainability.
You will support climate risk assessments, scenario planning, and embedding climate considerations into RAC's strategy, operations and risk management frameworks, while coordinating with Finance and external experts.

This is a unique opportunity to influence decision making across a diverse portfolio of businesses and play a key role in embedding climate considerations into RAC's strategy, operations, and risk management frameworks.
This role is offered on an initial 12month Maximum Term Contract.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Group Sustainability, you will bring specialist climate expertise to support RAC's sustainability and climate objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and assess climate-related risks and opportunities, support mandatory climate reporting requirements, and drive climate-aligned strategies and initiatives.
You're a collaborative and commercially aware sustainability professional who can translate complex climate concepts into practical business outcomes.
