Infinity Group Coaching Pty Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager (Client Success Manager) based at Southport, Gold Coast, Australia. This full-time role blends in-person meetings with virtual interactions (approx. 95% virtual) and includes occasional evening/weekend work and one WFH day per week after probation.

Base salary around $90k with incentives, targeting strong financial growth for clients. You’ll manage up to ~150 clients, coach them to achieve faster home loan payoff, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management, client success, coaching, case management, account management, education or service leadership.

Responsabilités

• Run structured monthly check-ins and annual reviews.
• Hold clients accountable to the strategy they’ve been given.
• Help clients navigate life changes and keep progressing (not regressing).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Brokerage, Property) for seamless support.
• Spot risks early and keep records tight, accurate, and compliant.
