Infinity Group Finance on the Gold Coast is seeking a Client Success Manager (Relationship Manager) to drive outcomes for property clients. The role blends strategy, coaching, and accountability to help clients pay down home loans faster.

Based in Southport, the position is full-time with hybrid flexibility (1 day WFH after probation) and a base of $90k plus incentives (OTE ~$130k+). You’ll join a scaling team focused on real client outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in relationship management, client success, coaching, case management, account management, education or service leadership.
Confidence having real conversations (not scripts, not robotic).
Organisation and follow-through (you don’t drop balls).
Energy, ownership, and integrity.
Comfort working fast, managing volume, and staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Run structured monthly check-ins + annual reviews.
Hold clients accountable to the strategy they’ve been given.
Help clients navigate life changes and keep progressing.
Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Brokerage, Property) for seamless support.
Spot risks early (drift, arrears, motivation drop) and take action fast.
Records kept tight, accurate, and compliant.

Client Success Manager (Relationship Manager)

Location: Southport, Gold Coast | Full-time | Mon–Fri (9am–5pm) + occasional evenings/weekends | WFH 1 day/week post‑probation

Remuneration: $90k base + incentives (OTE ~$130k+) + amazing company perks to achieve your own financial goals through investment properties

On a “standard” $1,000,000 home loan over 30 years, you can pay back roughly $1.28M in interest (yep — interest, not principal). That’s the bit that quietly fattens bank profits while most Aussies just accept it as “normal”.

We help people pay off their home loans in under 10 years, saving hundreds of thousands (sometimes more) in interest — through strategy, education, and relentless accountability.

They want someone who will:

keep them moving when motivation drops

Think personal trainer, but instead of abs and macros, it’s budgets, habits, debt smash-down, and financial freedom. Finance experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach the technical. We can’t teach care-factor.

Who you might be

a teacher who still loves educating people, just not the current system
in sales, sick of selling things people don’t need (and feeling gross about it)
a personal trainer, over the 4am starts and 8pm finishes — but you love coaching
in a bank, watching profit targets crush the “valued customer” experience
the “responsible one” in your group — you actually budget, track, and make extra repayments to your home loan

Your world in this role

Your client base

You’ll build up to approximately 150 clients (some singles, some couples). You’ll know them. You’ll coach them. You’ll drive outcomes with them.

How you’ll work

This is a modern relationship role — not face-to-face all day. Approximately 95% of interactions are virtual:

We regularly hold major events on the Gold Coast (up to 2,500 clients) and around the country. On special occasions, you’ll get the chance to meet clients at these events — some travel may be involved.

That number is likely to double over the next 18 months (opportunities for you to grow and promote)

HQ on the Gold Coast, with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, and Wollongong
And we’ve just secured office space in Las Vegas for a brand-new US expansion → Several of our existing RM team will be travelling to and from the US to support it. This could be you!
