Job summary

Infinity Group Coaching in Australia is hiring five experienced Finance Strategists (Mortgage Brokers) to join our growing team across Southport, Norwest, Wollongong and Cremorne. You’ll inherit an existing client base; there is no need to self-generate.

Earn uncapped commissions with an annual OTE of $300k+ within 2 years. You will assess borrowing capacity, structure owner-occupied, residential investment and construction loans, and deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Australian mortgage broking or lending.
• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management with MFAA or FBAA membership and ASIC authorised credit representative status.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through borrowing capacity assessments and develop tailored lending strategies.
• Structure owner-occupied, residential investment and construction loans.
• Manage high-volume applications and maintain client communication through strategy to settlement.
• Collaborate with broker support, lenders and internal teams to ensure strong outcomes.
• Identify risks/delays early and take ownership of resolution; participate in Masterclass events as required.
• Attend Masterclass and Real Estate Mastery events; occasional weekend work required.
