Job summary

Command51 in Newcastle & Mid North Coast NSW is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to accelerate growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing untapped markets, and strengthening relationships with key clients. You will build a robust sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, prepare proposals and costings, and work with the Operations Team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.

This full-time role offers base salary up to $100,000 plus uncapped commission and super.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, client management or a similar role.
• Written proposals and tenders experience.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and reporting skills.
• Must have full Australian work rights and driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within different sectors
• Establish and manage key client relationships
• Maintain up-to-date sales activity records in our bespoke CRM
• Build a strong pipeline and provide regular performance reports to Directors and the Head of Client Solutions
• Prepare costings, quotes, EOIs, proposals, RFT documents and all new site documentation accurately
• Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth transitions of new clients

Command51 is looking for a results-driven Client Solutions Manager based in Newcastle & Mid North Coast NSW to join our growing team. Command51 is a privately owned national commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance business.

About the role

As a Client Solutions Manager, you'll play a key role in accelerating our growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing untapped markets, and strengthening relationships with key clients.

Up to $100,000 base salary + Uncapped commission + Super

Company car, laptop, phone provided

38 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9-5pm

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within different sectors
• Establish and manage key client relationships
• Maintain up-to-date sales activity records in our bespoke CRM
• Build a strong pipeline and provide regular performance reports to Directors and the Head of Client Solutions
• Prepare costings, quotes, EOIs, proposals, RFT documents and all new site documentation accurately
• Workclosely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth transitions of new clients

About you

The successful candidate must have full and unrestricted Australian work rights and driving licence.

Proven experience in business development, client management or a similar role, ideally within the service industry.

Skilled in writing, estimating, and presenting service proposals and tenders

Tech-savvy with strong CRM and reporting skills

A natural communicator - verbal and written

Highly organised, self-motivated and driven by targets

Hold, or ability to successfully obtain a Working with Children Clearance for NSW and Police Check
