Job summary

Bluestone Recruitment is partnering with an established project management consultancy to appoint an experienced Project Manager in New South Wales. You will lead client-facing projects across the full lifecycle, coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

The role emphasises ownership, strong communication and the ability to manage budgets, programmes and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in construction, property or development sectors.
• Experience working client-side or in consultancy is valued.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle from feasibility to completion.
• Act as primary client contact and coordinate stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, programmes, procurement strategies and delivery requirements.
• Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare reports and provide commercially focused advice to clients.
• Attend site meetings and monitor construction progress to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
