A leading hospitality group in Melbourne seeks an experienced Pre Construction Manager to support projects from feasibility to delivery across various refurbishment and new-build projects valued between $1.5m - $17.5m. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in cost planning or quantity surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This is a newly created position offering a significant opportunity for professional growth within a well-established organization.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in cost planning or quantity surveying.
• Background in builder-side estimating or client-side cost management.
• Experience with incomplete information is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost plans at various design stages.
• Undertake accurate take-offs from drawings.
• Provide early-stage cost advice before market testing.
• Assist with tender analysis and pricing reviews.
