Job summary

Bentley Recruitment is partnering with a boutique financial advice practice to recruit a Client Services Officer. You will support the Principal Adviser, coordinate advice implementation, and ensure a seamless client journey.

Key duties include executing investment and super trades, managing rollovers, liaising with clients, and supervising offshore staff tasks. Strong client communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Client Services Officer in financial planning, ideally 3+ years experience.
• Strong knowledge of superannuation and investment products.
• Experience with HUB24 or similar platforms.
• Confident client communication and relationship skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute investment and superannuation trades.
• Coordinate advice implementation.
• Manage super rollovers and recontribution strategies.
• Liaise with clients throughout fund transfer processes.
• Build strong client relationships through regular contact.
• Allocate and oversee tasks completed by offshore support staff.
