Job summary

Bentley Recruitment is seeking a Client Services Officer for a private wealth team serving high net worth clients. You will manage front-line client queries, handle wrap accounts, and support advice implementation with a focus on AML/KYC and ROA preparation.

This role offers a pathway into paraplanning or team leadership, with KPI-based bonuses and regular salary reviews. After a successful six-month probation, 1–2 days of work-from-home are available, fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Client Services Officer in a financial advice business.
• Strong communication and client administration skills.
• Experience with advice implementation and ROA's.
• Exposure to HNW, complex clients will be favourable.
• Resilient, reliable and highly collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-line client queries and administration
• Establish and maintain Wrap accounts
• Process pension payments, contributions and rollovers
• Assist with advice implementation and strategic recommendations
• Complete AML/KYC for clients including SMSF and trust accounts
• Prepare ROA's and provide basic paraplanning support
• Liaise with clients, advisers, platforms and external providers
• Support broader process and operational improvements
