An outstanding opportunity now exists for an experienced and commercially minded Principal Financial Adviser (Director Level) to join the leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, this client-facing position combines the delivery of sophisticated financial advice with a strong mandate for business development, client acquisition and practice growth.

Leading from the front, you will provide holistic financial advice across wealth creation, superannuation, retirement planning, investment strategy, insurance and estate planning. You will build and strengthen long-term client relationships, develop referral networks, identify growth opportunities and contribute to the continued expansion of funds under advice. As a senior leader, you will also mentor advisers and support staff while contributing to strategic planning and practice development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished financial adviser with demonstrated success in growing a client base and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will possess strong technical expertise, sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, outstanding relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to professional excellence. Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to meet all Financial Adviser registration and licensing requirements are essential.
