Job summary

Macro Global Markets PTY Ltd in Sydney CBD seeks a Client Services, Sales & Trading Support Officer to bridge onboarding, activation and ongoing client support with trading operations.

You will engage Mandarin- and English-speaking clients, provide product and platform information, and collaborate with Dealing, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure accurate trade processing and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Interest in financial markets, FX and trading operations with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email and other channels, ensuring timely, professional responses.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and assist with onboarding and account activation.
• Guide clients through trading platform functionality and operational processes.
• Support sales, client engagement and retention activities with CRM records.
