Senior Client Service Officer / Senior Administrator

Location: Newcastle NSW – Office‑based

Employment: Full‑Time (full or part time or flexible options available)

Salary: A$85,000.00/yr – A$90,000.00/yr

About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys ownership and accountability. You will be the go‑to person for applications, follow‑ups, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of advice implementation and applications
• Liaising with platforms, providers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinating client documentation, reviews and ongoing service requirements
• Managing workflows, follow‑ups and deadlines
• Supporting advisers with high‑touch, relationship‑focused client service
• Meeting clients in the office and being part of meetings, end to end communication with clients

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in a financial planning admin / CSO role
• Strong knowledge of advice processes and application handling
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working in an office‑based, collaborative environment
• Experience with Midwinter and/or Worksorted highly regarded
