Job summary

Findex in Gympie is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting accountants and staff while delivering exceptional service to clients and handling administrative tasks.

You will manage ATO correspondence, lodging tax returns, and assist the SMSF team, with training and development opportunities and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Excellent phone manner and front-of-house expertise to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good teamwork and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• High attention to detail and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages.
• Communicate with accountants, partners and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and support client requests.
• Supporting the SMSF team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
