Job summary

Findex in Sydney is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team on a part-time, 12-month max-term contract. This office-based role offers the chance to develop with a leading Australasian accounting and financial services provider.

You will handle admin tasks from lodging tax returns to ATO correspondence, attend to ASIC requirements, process orders for legal SMSF documents, and manage invoicing and WIP while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Suite.
• Exceptional phone manner and admin/customer service expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team in Sydney. This is a part-time (2 days per week) office based, 12-month max-term contract position providing the opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services.

• Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
• Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments
• Processing of orders for legal documents associated with SMSFs
• Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
• Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
